Alexander Rozhnikov
Born in 1960. Sculptor. Distinguished painter of the Russian Federation. Honored cultural worker of the Moscow region. Holder of a "Thank you" order of a governor of the Moscow region. Graduated from Stroganov Moscow State University of Industrial and Applied Arts. Member of The Union of artists of Russia and member of Creative Union of Russian Artists. Member of Russian Union of Journalists. Lives and works in the Moscow region. Works of art are exhibited at: The State historical-literary and natural museum-reserve of A.A. Block in Solnechnogosk region, P.I. Chaikovsky State House -Museum in Klin and also in private art collections in Russia, USA, Germany, Japan, Hungary and Bulgaria.
The award winner of Silver and Gold Medals of All-Russian Exhibition Center.
Recipient of the medal for 850th Anniversary of Moscow and honorable letter from metropolitan Juvenaly of Krutitsy & Kolomna, Gold medal “To the ” of the Russian Academy of Arts, Honorary Reward of the Governor of the Moscow Region for Service to the Moscow Region. Laureate of Silver and Gold Medals of Creative Union of Russian Artists.

- 2007. Monument to Equal to the Apostles St. Cyril and Methodius on the Cathedral square of Kolomensky Kremlin (bronze, granite; height 7,2 m)
- 2008. Monument to A. A.Block and L.D. Mendeleeva on the territory of Tarakanovo estate in Colnechnogorsk district (bronze, granite; height 2,5 m)
- 2008. Monument to Catherine the Great in Podolsk city (bronze, granite; height 4,5 meters)
- 2009. Monument to Equal to the Apostles St. Cyril and Methodius in Saratov (bronze, granite; height: 4,7 meters)
